Unwritten by Melody Grace ~ Review

Unwritten (Beachwood Bay, #7)

Unwritten by Melody Grace
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I really enjoyed Unwritten. It was nice to get back to Beachwood Bay and all the characters I’ve loved from the past books in this series. Unwritten is book seven in the series and still as good as the rest.

Unwritten centers on Tegan’s best friend Zoey and her brother Blake. Zoey has been in love with Blake for years. Finally, one New Year Zoey decides to see if the connection she feels to Blake is only one sided. With one kiss everything changes between Zoey and Blake.

Blake is back in Beachwood Bay working on a low budget movie, what he wasn’t expecting was Zoey to be working on it too. The more time they start to spend together the more their feelings for each other grow, only one problem, Blake. He kept letting his head get in the way of his heart.

My only problem with the story was Blake, he was so hot and cold most of the book. It really ticked me off because I liked Zoey. She was a sweet girl and was always rooting for him to successes, but he couldn’t get over his own insecurities.

Unwritten is a nice addition to the Beachwood Bay/Callahan’s series. It’s a fast read with some steam, humor and that will leave you with a smile on your face.
